On Point Brow Defining Pencil is specially formulated for hot-climates with 10 hours of sweat proof, smudge-free and waterproof brows.The pencil's oval-shaped tip allows you to feather in lines or fill in brows for a fuller more natural brow.

Diisostearyl Malate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, C20-40 Acid, C20-40 Alcohols, Polyethylene, Synthetic Wax, Isoamyl Laurate, Glyceryl Behenate/Eicosadioate, Ethylcellulose, Boron Nitrate, Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Palmitate.
