Gift Swaps
Received a gift from Skinmart that isn't quite right? Unopened gifts can be swapped for a Skinmart gift card.
Gifts can be swapped within 120 days of the date they were ordered, as long as they're unopened and still sealed in their original packaging.
Keep the card that came with your gift. It shows the order number, not the price, and the order number is all we need. No card? Send us your name, the address the gift was delivered to and, if you know it, the name of the person who sent it, and we'll look for the order. We can only swap gifts we can match to a Skinmart order.
How to swap a gift
- Contact us with the order number from the card.
- We'll confirm the gift can be swapped and send you return instructions.
- Post it back to us, packed so it travels safely. Return postage is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back.
- Once it arrives and we've checked it (allow up to 8 business days), we'll email you a Skinmart gift card for the amount paid. It's valid for three years.
The person who gave you the gift won't be contacted.
- Full-size products
- Christmas and value packs, whole, with everything still inside
- Products bought on sale, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday (the gift card is for the price paid)
- Devices such as Omnilux, only if the original seals are unbroken
- Opened or used products
- Free gifts that came with the order (they're yours to keep)
- Clearance items
- The personalised card and gift wrap
- Skinmart gift cards
If something's wrong with your gift
If it arrives damaged, is faulty or isn't as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law, whether or not it's been opened. Contact us and we'll sort it out. These gift terms are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and don't limit them.
