General Discount Code Policy

• One code per order. Only one (1) discount code can be applied per order. Multiple codes cannot be used simultaneously.
• Online only. Discount codes are valid for online purchases at skinmart.com.au only.
• Apply at checkout. Codes must be entered at the checkout stage and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
• No cash value. Discount codes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Full-priced items only. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, discount codes apply to full-priced items only and cannot be combined with other promotions, sale pricing, or automatic discounts.
• Gift cards excluded. Gift vouchers and gift cards are excluded from all discount codes unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Rewards program. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with Skinmart Rewards redemptions unless explicitly stated.
• Returns. If you return items from an order where a discount code was used, your refund will reflect the actual amount paid for those items. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
• Misuse. Skinmart reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or decline an order where a discount code has been used fraudulently, in error, or outside its intended terms.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Skinmart EOFY Edit Promotion — Terms & Conditions

Offer Details

A 20% discount applies automatically across all eligible products at checkout during the EOFY sale period. No code required.

Brand & Product Exclusions

The standard 20% sitewide discount does not apply to the following brands or products:

• Omnilux Devices: Fixed sale price of $460 (saving $145); standard 20% discount does not apply.
• Omnilux Skincare: 15% off (instead of 20%).
• Bio-Therapeutic: 10% off (instead of 20%).
• Vita Sol: Strictly excluded from the sale; full retail price applies.
• Dermalux: Strictly excluded from the sale; full retail price applies.
• Therabody: Strictly excluded from the sale; full retail price applies.

Specific SKU Exclusions (Remaining at Full Price)

The following individual items are strictly excluded from the promotion and will remain at full retail price, even if their parent brand is featured in the sale:

Spend & Save: Store Credit Promotion

15OFF Discount Code

• Full-priced items only. The code cannot be applied to any items already marked as discounted or on promotion.
• Minimum order value. Your order must total at least $70 AUD before shipping is calculated.
• Exclusions. The following are not eligible for the 15OFF code: Gift Vouchers, Therabody, Dermalux.
• One use per order. Standard one-code-per-order rules apply (see General Discount Code Policy above).
• Withdrawal. Skinmart reserves the right to withdraw or modify this code at any time without notice.

Returns on Discounted & Promotional Orders

The following applies to orders placed during a promotion or using a discount code:

• Change of mind — sale items: Items purchased during a sitewide percentage-off sale are eligible for change-of-mind returns in accordance with our standard 120-day satisfaction guarantee, provided items are returned in original unopened packaging.
• Clearance items: All clearance items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.
• Faulty or damaged items: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of whether an item was purchased at full price, on sale, or with a discount code. Please submit a request via the Skinmart Returns Portal.
• Refund amounts: Refunds for returned items will reflect the actual amount paid, after any discount applied at the time of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Store credit: If you return items from an order that generated Spend & Save store credit, the credit will be voided or adjusted. If the credit has already been used, its value will be deducted from your refund.

General

• Skinmart reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion or discount code, Skinmart's decision is final.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
