Step-by-Step

Step 1: Pre-CleanserGently massage the pre-cleanser onto dry face and neck, focusing on areas with heavy makeup or impurities. Wet your hands and continue massaging to emulsify the product. Thoroughly rinse with lukewarm water.

Step 2: CleanserGently massage the cleanser onto damp face and neck in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean towel.

Step 3: TonerDepending on the toner, either spray directly onto your face or dispense onto a cotton pad. Swipe the cotton pad across your face and neck or gently pat the toner into your skin with your hands.

Step 4: SerumApply a few drops of serum to your fingertips. Gently press and smooth the serum over your face and neck. Lightly pat your skin to help absorption. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours, after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating and immediately after towel drying.

Step 5: MoisturiserTake a small amount of moisturiser onto your fingertips. Gently massage the moisturiser into your face and neck in upward, circular motions.

Can't use the new formula - skin irritation

I was really disappointed by the new formula. I've used this product for several years but new version is causing skin irritation and redness, so I stopped right away.

Reading the other reviews, seems I am not the only one.
