Underwhelmed

I’ve been using this device for approximately eight months and to be honest I’m underwhelmed. Prior to purchasing I viewed a range of instruction videos from the manufacturer and my experience doesn’t mirror what’s shown on the videos. The four prongs are too large (ie spaced apart) for my facial contours and the hinged mechanism is too stiff to use. I’ve reverted to using my Clareblend Mini which is much easier to use and gives better results. The device needs serious fine tuning.
