How to Use

One tablespoon a dayMixed into food. It is perfect for blending into smoothies or mixing into yoghurt. It can be poured over porridge, stews or vegetables, providing they are cool enough to eat.

Always begin with Bestow Beauty Plus OilTo clear any existing processing blockages and to address EFA deficiencies efficiently. After one or two bottles, you can then move them onto Bestow Beauty Oil. By then, supplying just the primary fat in the Omega 6 & 3 families will be sufficient as the body will successfully produce the rest of the family of fats.

Times of stress or ill-healthIf you would usually use Bestow Beauty Oil and then go through a time of stress or ill-health, switch to Bestow Beauty Plus Oil for several bottles.

It is fine to remain on Bestow Beauty Plus Oil indefinitely.The blackcurrant and coconut oils make the taste of the Bestow Beauty Plus Oil milder and more fruity than Bestow Beauty Oil and some prefer it.

StorageThe EFAs in Bestow Beauty Plus Oil are sensitive to light, air (oxygen) and heat. This is why they have been pressed and packaged with care so you can be confident your oil is the best quality possible. Once you’ve opened your bottle, store in your refrigerator and use within six weeks. If you cannot consume it within six weeks you can place it in the freezer to extend its shelf life.

I never would have thought to try this but it was recommended to me at the salon when I was getting my lashes done and I loved it so much I bought the big bottle from Skinmart. No smell and not hard on the stomach like with fish oil capsules and my very sensitive skin is no longer red or as prone to blemishes and dermatitis. I can use active ingredients again. Get this for sure!

I have tried many other oils & supplements for omegas, which all seem to repeated
Can I tell you this does none of that
