Eligibility:
The Skinmart Nutrition Guarantee applies exclusively to the first purchase of a full-sized skin nutrition product from Skinmart. Sample sizes, trial packs, and products purchased in bundles or as part of a promotion are not eligible for this guarantee.
To be eligible for the refund, you must have followed the product’s usage instructions consistently from the first dose to the completion of the product.
Product Usage:
The product must be used exactly as directed on the packaging or accompanying instructions. This includes taking the recommended dosage at the specified frequency.
For the guarantee to apply, the product must be used continuously without interruption. Inconsistent or sporadic use may disqualify you from claiming the refund.
Photo Documentation:
To qualify for a refund, you must take a clear, well-lit photo of your skin before starting the product. This photo should be taken in natural light or under similar lighting conditions, with no makeup, to accurately reflect your skin’s condition.
After completing the product, you must take another photo in similar lighting and without makeup. These before-and-after photos are necessary for processing your refund request.
Refund Request:
If you do not notice a visible change in your skin after using the product as directed, you may request a refund within 14 days of completing the product.
To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team at hello@skinmart.com.au. You will need to provide your order details, the before-and-after photos, and a brief description of your experience with the product.
Refund Conditions:
The refund is limited to the amount paid for the first full-sized product purchased and does not include shipping costs.
If multiple skin nutrition products were purchased in the same order, only the lesser value product will be eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving all required documentation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exclusions:
The Skinmart Nutrition Guarantee does not cover products that have been misused, altered, or not used in accordance with the provided instructions.
Modification and Termination:
Skinmart reserves the right to modify or terminate the Skinmart Nutrition Guarantee at any time without prior notice. However, any purchases made before such modifications or termination will remain eligible under the terms that were in place at the time of purchase.
The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer. Repeat claims for the same or similar products may not be honoured.
