If l could have left a review of zero stars l would have. The Environ device was faulty- the battery was clearly marked passed its recharge date. Skinmart are agents for Environ. It took weeks for me to receive the device from. Skinmart. I sent the device back. Environ ( they sell their products through the Skinmart website ) then advises me through Skinmart that they did not have a replacement for me. When l checked the Skinmart website these Environ devices were being sold there. So they said they didn’t have any to send to me, but continued to advert ise these devices ion the Skinmart website. I have been refunded the cost of the device , via Skinmart but have been advised that the cost of the post to send me the device is my responsibility. Extraordinary arrogance, despite my attempt to discuss this with them
The device was faulty and l was told that l would get a refund but l had to pay for postage.

In regards to the postage to return this faulty product, we will cover the standard postage costs of the return. I can see that you opted for the Express Post option so this arrives to us at an earlier date. This upgraded cost to cover the Express Post is covered by the customer if this option is selected.
