Application nozzle prevents use

Bought this to use on the back. Requires 2 fingers from each hand to compress nozzle.

Inside, the product itself is good to dry out skin build up, but its no good when I can bareluse it due to the very poor applicator design

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the formula itself has been helpful in drying out congestion on the skin, however we’re sorry to hear the spray applicator has made it difficult to use.

Your feedback regarding the nozzle design is very valuable and we will certainly pass this on to Dermalogica, as client experience with packaging is important. In the meantime, some clients find it easier to spray the product into their hands or onto a cotton pad and then apply it to the area if the nozzle is difficult to compress.

Clears up stubborn body acne!

This product really is amazing! It clears up the most stubborn acne areas and is easy to use. Part of my daily routine, and has solved a problem I have had for years!

Product is made terribly, was faulty and wouldn’t spray, worst customer service

Great product, made terribly though. Mine was faulty after 2 uses and wouldn’t spray. As only used it 2 times in 4 months than was so busy didn’t actually arrange a replacement for 6 months ish they told me I had to pay to send the product back.

I did so and then they sent the product back to my old address even though I provided the refund. Address on the packaging of the faulty one I sent back.

When I went to customer service regarding this I was told they couldn’t do anything about it as they sent the product to the original address.

So now I have paid for 1 faulty product and 2 times of shipping. The customer service was rude and drawn out.

Just buy dermalogica products from a different source - this provider cannot be trusted to provide quality customer service when it comes to product and shipping issues.
