Product is made terribly, was faulty and wouldn’t spray, worst customer service
Great product, made terribly though. Mine was faulty after 2 uses and wouldn’t spray. As only used it 2 times in 4 months than was so busy didn’t actually arrange a replacement for 6 months ish they told me I had to pay to send the product back.
I did so and then they sent the product back to my old address even though I provided the refund. Address on the packaging of the faulty one I sent back.
When I went to customer service regarding this I was told they couldn’t do anything about it as they sent the product to the original address.
So now I have paid for 1 faulty product and 2 times of shipping. The customer service was rude and drawn out.
Just buy dermalogica products from a different source - this provider cannot be trusted to provide quality customer service when it comes to product and shipping issues.
