Awful customer service.
Skinmart aren’t concerned about client retention or customer satisfaction.
Their return policy is a facade and they asked me to “prove” that I didn’t open an item I had received.
After multiple emails back and forth, and a lack of faith in a loyal client, they have left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never purchase from skinmart again. Disappointed with their lack of customer service and care.
