Can I have my order delivered to my Post Office Box or Locker address?

YES. Simply use your PO Box or Australia Post Locker address in your delivery information and we will ship directly to it. No missed deliveries, ever!

Same Day Courier (Sydney Only) is not able to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Office for collection.

Can I send an order directly to a Post Office to collect?

You can choose to use a Post Office (Parcel Collect) delivery address for your order. It doesn’t have to be the Post Office near where you live. It can be one near your home, work or, anywhere you like! You can search for Post Offices that offer the Parcel Collect service by the postcode or street address of your home, office or another location. Unavailable for Same Day Delivery.

Can I have my order delivered to my work?

Yes - Simply add your company name to your shipping information together with any other information your receptionist/mailroom may need to get the order to you.


I'm not at home for a delivery, what will happen to my order?

For Australia Post Eparcel and Express Post, the delivery driver will attempt delivery once. If there isn't someone available to sign for your order it will be taken to your closest Australia Post outlet for collection. There should be a card left either near your door or in your letterbox. Your order will be available to collect for upto 5 days after delivery. If the order is still uncollected it will be returned to us and additional postage may be payable.

Same Day Courier (Sydney only) - If safe todo so, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe location and take a photo. If the location is not safe to deliver and a re-delivery is required, an additional delivery fee will be required..


How do I track my order?

For Australia Post Eparcel and Express Post, simply click Track My Order with your order number and email address.

Once your order has dispatched from us you will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking details.

Same Day Courier orders will receive an SMS or email message with details on tracking the parcel location and estimated delivery time.


Do I have to sign for my order, What is Safe Drop?

Yes - We require a proof of delivery for all orders to ensure your order has received you. If your not hame and the courier determines that it's safe to do so, they will leave the parcel in a safe location and take a photo as Proof of Delivery. Safe drop enables the couriers to leave parcels at your location without you need to collect from a post office. You can Opt-Out of Safe Drop or request for redirection via your MyPost account.

We strongly suggest confirming the details on your order confirmation that will be emailed to you after you have placed your order

If there is an error or you would like to amend something, please contact us hello@skinmart.com.au or call us on 1300 828 131 straight away as we do dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Once we dispatch your order, any additional shipping charges or return to sender costs will become your responsibility.


My order hasn't arrived yet, What should I do?

We take pride in working with the largest parcel delivery operator in Australia - Australia Post/Star Track. Although rare, it's never nice when something goes wrong with your delivery. Below are some tips on what todo in the event that your order is delayed.

1. Check your tracking information on Australia Post Tracking Service with your tracking details. If you don't have your tracking information, simply click on Login to your Account and view your orders.

2. Confirm your delivery timeframes in the listing above considering your order may have left the next business day if you ordered after 3pm Sydney time.

3. If you are confident that your delivery is genuinely overdue, or you have other questions then please contact us and we will help you find the best solution.
